Aim

This Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics aims to define in general terms the behaviour that the Company expects from all its employees regarding the attitude to be taken in the performance of their work.

Corruption Prevention Policy

ITS Portugal Administration does not tolerate any kind of bribery or corruption and undertakes to act in an ethical and legal manner, promoting ethical behaviour with all its employees and disclosing this commitment to all its clients and Stakeholders, whenever requested.

Guidance Rules

  1. Comply with the laws and regulations in force applicable to our professional activity;
  2. Respect requirements with internal and external Stakeholders;
  3. Avoid all conflicts of interest between work and personal affairs;
  4. Always act to maintain and give credibility to the image of ITS to all Stakeholders;
  5. Seek to create a safe workplace and contribute to the protection of the environment;
  6. Treat all internal and external stakeholders with respect, justice and equality without any discrimination (race, colour, gender, religion, among others.);
  7. Recognize our social responsibility and contribute to the society around us;
  8. Ensure that products delivered to customers always correspond in quantity, quality and timeframe;
  9. Respect the privacy of all Customers and other Stakeholders.
  10. ITS employees do not accept or perform any acts of corruption in the course of their duties.

Ethical Climbing or Warning Policy

ITS Portugal Management does not tolerate any unethical behavior, so its employees or third parties should not do so either. As a result, they should report behaviours and situations that they consider unethical and could go against the above.

When an unethical practice is deemed to exist, it should be reported as follows

Contributor: informs your shift chief or immediate superior of your area. If the situation has already been reported previously, without action being taken or when it appears that your line manager is participating in this activity, you should go directly to the factory manager or the administration, as applicable. If the unethical situation is still maintained, you must report the relevant entities directly.

Person outside the company: informs the manufacturing director or company management. If the situation has already been reported before, without action being taken or when it appears that the factory director or the management of the company does not act or participate in this unethical activity, the competent authorities should be addressed.

All information received by the Company will be treated by the Company as confidential and received in good faith so that the necessary inquiries can be made.
